If you initiated contact with us we save your data until you or us wants to end the businessrelationship. After the last project, the information is saved for 2 years. If we initiated contact we will save your data as long as we think there is a legitimate inetrest for our services. We review our database yearly and delete contacts we do not consider having an legitimate intrest in.

The personal information we collect allows us to fulfill our services to you and will be used for invoicing. We have a legal obligation to use your personal information, such as to comply with applicable tax and other government regulations or to comply with a court order or binding law enforcement request.
If you don’t want us to save your information, pleae contact us and we will remove it. 

 

What systems handle your data
Google: 
We use Gmail and there we store your e-mail.
Visma: Visma is used for our accounting and there we store mailing adresses, invoicing information and potential contact info.
Squarespace: On Squarespace the information from cookies is stored.
